L?HAMARTOME MAMMAIRE SANS COMPOSANTE GRAISSEUSE: A PROPOS D?UN CAS.
The hamartoma of the breast is a rare benign lesion, comprising a variable amount of glandular, adipose and fibrous tissue. This tumor affects the woman at any age from puberty. The diagnosis is mainly mammographic with histological confirmation. We report the case of a year-old woman with a history of food allergy and a left breast mass. The mammogram shows a lesional mass of about 3. A surgical excision was performed whose histological analysis confirms the hamartomatous nature of the lesion. This tumor has been described for the first time by Arrigoni et al.
